Crawling pistol squats attempt
Saw u/OliverKitsch doing these thought I’d give them a try — it’s definitely an excellent test of strength, mobility, and balance. Cool movement to add to the toolbox. Worked up to 36kg.

Nigel dropped in to say hi at the end
Did a nice little upper body session after some accessories to warm up:
- Double club swipes
- Single club windmills
- Double club windmill pendulum thingies
- Box jumps
- Bottoms up double clean & press
- Double clean and press - up to 2x32kg x 10
- Neutral grip pull-ups - up to 40kg x 10
Been a minute since I posted a training video, so here’s some lower body training from today. Haven’t done pistol squats in a while but saw another poster doing them while holding the foot and thought it’d be an interesting variant to try. Then did some shrimp squats, Cossack squats, curtsy lunges, and Zercher squats.
I recently got the Osmo Nano. With the camera and dock connected, I charged both to 100% then unplugged it. 8 hours later, I turned on the unit via the vision dock button and noticed the camera was down to 63% while the dock was at 100%. This initiated recharging of the camera so the camera is back up in the 90%+ while the dock is down to 60% range.
I’ve noticed that the date/time and bitrate settings were being reset and I think it must have been draining down to zero triggering a reset (other shooting presets see to be retained though). Is this normal? Seems like a pretty shitty experience to have to keep this connected to power constantly, and even worse that I risk losing date/time settings as the battery drains down. Do I have a defective unit?
I am on the latest firmware, according to the app, and I checked the settings to make sure I don’t have any of the auto record or motion detection enabled. I made sure that the app was closed out on my phone so it wouldn’t try to maintain connection. Could I be missing anything else?
