Mega Milotic 💧

Hello there! First post on this subreddit :)

I devised this mega Milotic concept and artwork based on a Reddit post I saw. I really liked the visuals and wanted to interpret them as a concept myself.

What do you think? What other pokemon should I make mega evolutions for? Let me know!

Carah Region Pokedex - Egyptian-Inspired Fakemon

Hello there! I figured I'd post some older Fakemon of mine to get the community's opinions :)

This is from the first Fakemon region I ever made back in 2020 - the Carah Region - inspired by Egypt. I'm pleasantly surprised by how many designs are pretty solid. Still, of course I'm not proud of all of them as they're at least 5-6 years old lol 😂

The starters are Cafern, Poiferno, and Ocelpup. Easily my most unique set of starters! There are 103 designs total.

Which of these Pokemon would make it onto your team?

Flapple and Appletun Evolution Ideas - Medieval Galar?!

Hello there! It's been a few months since I posted, so I figured I'd share some recent work of mine. These are just rough concepts, so any feedback is welcome!

I'm taking a little break from my California region to work on some ideas for another idea I had a couple of years ago - a hypothetical Legends game set in Medieval Galar! (Pokemon Legends: Crownfall, maybe?)

The Flapple evolution is inspired by the Amphithere, a winged serpent basically. It would be like the dragon you slay in an apple cove or something. And the Appletun evolution is inspired by a drake and old-timey taverns 🤭 It'd probably just chill, helping medieval chefs and always attracting people to the tavern with its sweet aroma.

What other ideas do you have for medieval Pokémon for a hypothetical Legends game in Galar?
Note: Yes, I am aware of the Teraleak lol, this idea was from even before that!

Let me know what you think :D

California-Based Fakemon - Starters!

Hello there! Today I present to you the final renders of my California-based starter Pokemon!

We have Sheafox, the little wheat fox Pokemon, inspired by the Channel Islands Fox and agriculture!

We have Kindleap, the skittish roadrunner Pokemon, inspired by the greater roadrunner and desert flares!

We have Purtle, the cute Leatherback Pokemon, inspired by the leatherback sea turtle and beach culture.

Who is your pick? And what are your guesses for their final typings? 🤭 let me know your thoughts!

California-Inspired Fakemon - New Treasures of Ruin

Hi there! I'm back with three cool new Fakemon to share with you :D

Since California has a fairly large East Asian population due to the large influx of people for the California Gold Rush, I figured it'd be cool to introduce a few NEW treasures of ruin inspired by the various things that were brought over or used often.

We have Chin-Bi (Dark/Steel), Du-Mo (Dark/Poison), and Hui-Deng (Dark/Electric). Here are their Pokedex entries:

Chin-Bi: The greed of merchants who crossed the Eastern Sea in search of Caloro’s ancient riches clad itself in metal coinage to become a Pokémon. It is said their relentless pursuit of wealth led not only to their own demise, but to the ruin of all who followed. Chin-Bi wanders abandoned mines, its clattering echo luring the unwary as it strips all things of value, leaving only hollow remains behind.

Du-Mo: The corruption of a foreign minister with ill intent to strip Caloro of its lands clad itself in noxious filth to become a Pokémon. It is said the substance contained within the bottle - once reserved for elite ministers of the East - became tainted through misuse, spreading corruption into thought and judgment itself. Du-Mo moves through the Blackwater Sea Caves it calls home, releasing a fine dust that clouds the minds of all who inhale it.

Hui-Deng: The neglect of weary travelers who crossed the Eastern Sea in search of new opportunities clad itself in flickering light to become a Pokémon. It is said the lantern it bears was once meant to guide the lost safely through Caloro, but its glow dimmed as they were left alone to perish by the merchants they had trusted. Hui-Deng drifts silently through the glistening redwoods, its faint light appearing to those who have already lost their way, yet those who follow it in search of guidance…are seldom seen again. Hui-Deng has already drifted beyond their reach as the forest itself seems to close in around them.

Let me know your thoughts below!
