Dragon's Breath harvest - gorgeous

Haven't seen much anywhere about Dragon's Breath. Most of the first flush were small shroomies but the second flush had some massive chonkers! Beautiful gill on these. We were warned Dragon's Breath was "fire" so we assumed they were strong but it was a super mellow trip on 2.5g. This one cluster was 110g

Zojirushi rice maker!

I've always heard great things about Zojirushi rice makers and keep my eyes peeled at thrift stores. Today I hit the jackpot! Zojirushi 5.5 cup rice maker for $15! Cleaned it up and am making my first batch of rice now. I'm excited to see how it does; I've only ever used my Instant Pot for rice

Help with original screen doorknob

I have a 1930's Tudor revival with this massive metal screen door. The doorknob has stopped actuating the bit that latches in the door. I can barely see the stem and while it looks like it might be threaded, I also suspect someone may have welded the doorknob on. I took the set screw out but that doesn't change anything. I have been trying PB Blaster on it to see if that'll break up the rust. Second photo is the other side of the knob. Anyone know how these should come apart? And if I find it's welded in, thoughts on where I may find a replacement?

Confused about how to avoid spreading cold sore around lips

I am new to cold sore outbreaks and the first time I had one, I was told to keep my lips covered in aquaphor to keep them protected but it seemed to spread the cold sores all along my lips. I used a q-tip to apply the aquaphor so I wasn't contaminating my container and dabbed it on the cold sore spot but it still spread. Additionally, does just letting your lips touch (like your mouth closed) encourage spreading? If so, how on earth do you avoid the spreading? Help.

Tips on restoration of this Eastlake bench

I picked up this Eastlake bench for a song but it needs some love. It has some water spots on the wood, parts need to be re-glued, and the upholstery is in rough shape. I already gave it a nice wipe-down with a warm washcloth which removed a lot of grime but the water spots remain. I know to avoid stuff like Restore-a-Finish but I was wondering if something like a tinted paste wax might be good. Thoughts?

One year update on crevice/rock garden

I posted a year ago about my hill that I converted to a rock/crevice garden and was asking for tips on how to keep the weeds down. I put in several creeping thyme plants and everything has really taken off! Here it is today. Other than the creeping thyme, everything else was moved from other spots in my garden.

Here are a couple more photos
