I have been sorting out my room ahead of moving house and i have come across my exs clothes and i am not sure what to do with them?

So I am 26 and looking to buy a house by myself and it’s my first house so I was wondering what can help when budgeting each month as I am starting to look at my finances so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
