Using Liquid Lurex and Liquid Silk after 6 months?..

Hi! I have two liquid eyeshadows from Lisa Eldridge (Liquid Lurex Cressida and Liquid Silk Ione) and I love them a lot. But I am used to using powder eyeshadows that have a much longer expiration date. Is it safe to use them after 6 months? Liquid Lurex separated in the tube but is still functioning normally. Thank you.

Depression / self-esteem issues while waiting for final results -- how to cope?

It's been just over 2 months post-op, and I've been really struggling with the swelling mentally. I know the surgery went well, I don't think I'd do the movements any other way. It's just the swelling... It's beyond brutal, and coming back to work, to outside has been really challenging. My lip area moves and looks weird. I look like a muppet. The jaw and cheeks are still huge. I am at 94lbs at 5'3" (result of my OCD) but my face doesn't look like it. I'm stuck in braces because one of my front teeth ankylosed and they need to remove it next month before finishing up movements. I can feel that the final result will be good. But how on earth do I get there? I don't want to interact with the world at all but I need to pay my bills so it's impossible. How to cope? I'm already in therapy twice a week. Thank you.
