Best Practice for powering several Pro 3EMs?

We want to install 4 Pro 3EM to monitor a 208v 3-phase system. The panel box has 4 300amp breakers that go to different sub-panels.

I understand I should install a seperate breaker for C, A and B. Given I have 4 devices on the same panel, should I do a single three pole breaker and power all 4 3EM from one breaker or is there a reason to do 4 seperate breakers?

Electrolysis for Burn Scar not working?

So I'm a burn survivor and much of the skin on my face is scar tissue. That hasn't stop some areas that were a bit less burned to try and grow whiskers thru my tough scar tissue which of course create nasty ingrown hair and often lead to scabbing spots as it tries to push through.

One problematic spot is about the size of a dime on my upper lip.

I've had about 6 laser sessions (over my beard region) and about 4 electrolysis sessions on that dimed size area on my lip.

But about two weeks after the electrolysis session, it comes back. I know this is a marathon and not a sprint but I'd have thought 4, 30 minute sessions would have gotten just about all the hair in that small spot?

Lynx with Rotisserie

Looking at a lynx gas builtin... online. It seems the rotisserie is only available mounted on the left. For me thats not a great spot.

Does anyone know if the rotisserie can be removed and stored most of the time without issue/hold/cold spots? I'd assume it just clicks in some slots but wasn't sure what kind of holes it leaves open for heat to escape. I won't use it often so keeping it stored works for me.

I'd be interesting hearing from other owners if it created cool spots, if the empty mounting holes get drafty. Its a pricey grill so it's nit picky on purpose.

The manual and a few YouTube videos don't have any close up's of the mounting holes.

AV / Lighting Designer Recommendations

Hi All - please remove if this not allowed.

We are renovating a corp office in PA. Looking to hire a AV/Lighting designer to help us with a few conference rooms along with some slick lighting/room control throughout the rooms and common area. We have an architect and interior designer but we really want our lighting (RGB) control to be well integrated and flashy. We are software devs, so blinky lights and glass panels make us happy. Maybe even some audio through the common area.

Not looking for cheap junk, quality stuff that won't fail us when we have a critical client.

Send me a PM etc. I can share our current architectural design and thoughts.

Neurological Exam in PA and old records - 3rd Class

Two part question. I was in an plane crash over a year ago. I was burned pretty badly and spent two months in a burn unit with many skin grafts. I also broke my back.

But that was over a year ago and I full motion, no limits, didn't loose any fingers etc and want to get back to flying.

At first I submitted my entire medical record of like 900 pages. That was rejected and a person at the FAA told me to get my 3rd class medical exam and submit my discharge papers with it.

The FAA is now requesting "current" medical exams for all sorts of things that I only had while in the hospital.

1st question: It was over a year ago, I don't a current write up/visit for a doctor about my pneumonia I had while intubated 16 months ago that was gone before I discharged (which my discharge papers showed clearly resolved). They are asking for a dozen items they noted during my hospital stay. It specifically say's it needs to be within the last 90 days and requires a bunch of indepth stuff. Has anyone ever been able to explain this to the FAA and have them accept the older records? Or do I need to schedule 10 visits with 10 specialists, which won't be the doctors that treated me (another requirement the FAA wants). Those doctors are inpatient.

2nd question: Even though my record shows I had no head trauma, head scans all fine, and was lucid the whole time they are request a full neurological exam. This is not a neuropsych exam. I called a few neurosurgery places and none said they could perform everything the FAA listed.

Where can I get this done, it wants all sorts of things like EKG, Brain imaging etc.

Charging Fix without Voiding Warranty

I have now been running a charging mod for 2 weeks now without issue. I originally made this thinking it would be just for a day or two as I come with a more permanent solution but it's been working pretty well.

The goal was not modify anything that can't be easily undone. The original Lymo One is basically out of support now anyways, but still.

I'm basically using ground straps to just move the charging points.

Anyone have a gas flow meter (propane..so higher psi than natural gas) that has worked well with Shelly?

We have a propane tank, shared by two units and want to split out the usage. Already using several Shelly devices to split electric usage so want to keep the same eco system

I'd assume most pulse based flow meters would work but wondering if folks have a specific one that has worked well.
