Earth Analog 2022 reissues. The store owner said his distributor has them in stock, so not difficult to get. I grabbed a copy of Electra 2000. First time I’ve seen it available in person.
Been searching for these for a few months locally new and pre-owned on eBay. Bit the bullet this week and ordered them on amazon. Weird, good stuff.
Sucks that both arrived with cracked jewel cases.
2009 Ram 1500 2wd. Lowered using McGaughys 2/4 spindles and springs kit with Bilstein 4600 shocks. Whenever I hit a decent dip or bump, the tires hit the front fenders at the top of the arch. Experience the same issue with 22x10 FR wheels w/305/50 as well as with OEM 20” wheel/tire combo. Has anyone else run this kit on their truck and figured out a wheel/tire combo that does not rub? Or any other tricks?
These spindles do push the wheels out wider than the OEM spindles. I’m not opposed to swapping the McG kit out for a different approach, if it comes down to it.
I have had a series aftermarket floating tablet style head units in my truck. I miss having a cd player. Looking for a recommendation for a good quality add-on cd player. Single player or changer - I don’t have a preference. I know there are generic ones on Amazon. Don’t know if I’m not finding any familiar branded ones because there just aren’t any available? And in that case, has anyone used a generic player and impressed with it?
Or - does anyone make a conversion harness that could adapt an older Alpine (or others) changer?
I know converting cds to lossless files is an option, but I’m not really interested in doing that. Just my personal preference.

He is almost three now. We adopted him as a kitten from a local rescue. My son had wanted to have his own cat. I said not to pick out the one you like. Pick the one that picks you. Oreo (on his lap) liked him, but Blitz truly understood the assignment. Mr. Blitz has grown up to be the Alpha in our cat pack of four.
Her name is Forrest. Named after Gump, Forrest Gump. She is almost 3 now. We adopted her from a local rescue as a kitten. She is the runtiest of runts. She was born with partial paralysis on the left side of her face, which also accounts for her ear droop. She had been ‘sexed’ as a male, but was discovered to be female when they went to neuter ‘him’. They then tried to change the name on the paperwork to some generic girl kitty name. No way - she is Forrest!!
…unlocked. My parents had this on vinyl when I was a kid. I found a copy on cd recently and grabbed it. I still know it by heart. This album gets knocked quite a bit in the vinyl community. Don’t care. I love it! My wife gets a chuckle out of me goofing along to it..

Went to my local independent record shop (Wax Records) today for the first time. I only recently found out that it even existed. I’ve driven by it hundreds of times in four years. It is a vinyl-centric shop, of course, but with a solid cd section. They also have a modest SACD section, cassettes and 8-track tapes.
My finds today aren’t anything earth shattering, but I’m still happy I found them. I knew Motörhead had a slew of covers, but didn’t know that they were issued as a full release after Lemmy died. I have had a cd-only copy of Celebration Day, but always wanted the three disc set.
