These are photos of the same area. I only now noticed this when I got home from work put on a shirt I typically sleep in and say down. I've been really worried about bed bugs, but for 2 weeks I've not noticed any signs of bed bugs even having a pest control come out and inspect.
Please tell me these aren't bed bug bites and it's something else.
Last Thursday I had a bad experience with someone who had bad bugs. Long story short the moment I got home stripped down wash dried my clothes took a shower. About a few days I got paranoid and today I had a pest control come out and inspect. They looked at my bed and even a chair I sit in close by. They said they found nothing on my blankets, sheets, pillow, bed, the box, and the metal bar holding my bed up. I've since vacuumed and thrown away all my old clothes and replaced my sheets, blankets, pillows.
Should I be in the clear?
4.5x zoom best I can do to get it to show up
I know Google lens/ai shouldn't be trusted but everything I've found I Google Lens it says shares characteristics with bed bugs and it keeps freaking me out. I'm hoping this will be a photo someone can identify
So Thursday about 5-6 days ago I was in a car ride and turns out that person had bed bugs because I noticed one crawling on my bag then later one on my hoodie. Soon as I got home I threw everything in a washer/dryer cycle on highest settings I had. Heavy duty max time of 1hour. My bag remained outside and. I quickly took a hot shower. Went to the store instantly got some bed bug spray sprayed down anything and everything I had on me including my shoes. Sweep, mop, even tho never had contact with anything I threw my bed sheets and other clothes I through a heavy duty wash dry cycle on highest settings. Every day I've showered nearly 2-3 times and have ran my clothes and bed sheets in and out of washing and drying left my bag and shoes out side. Since time has passed the only thing I've experienced is itching because of extreme levels of anxiety I've not seen any signs like shedded beg bugs, black dots, things moving around, checked my bed numerous times or even patterns of welts that resemble a zig zag.
I just need some peace of mind.

So about 4-5 days ago I took a lift home and in the car I noticed a bed bug on my bag. Soon as I got home before I even went to any room I put my clothes through a wash and dry same with my bag on the highest settings even took a hot shower for good measure. Lastly I even got a can of bed bug spray and sprayed around as a finally measure. The last 3 days I have wash dried my clothes even stuff i never came in contact with before my initial dry wash like my bed sheets and other clothes on the highest settings my shoes have sat outside as well I through away everything I had in my floor like old clothes i never wore even tho it was one I saw I took no chances of spreading. My anxiety through the roof even tho I've not seen signs or welts or anything I've felt itchy. I just need to ask have i've done enough and should I be fine from an infestation or should I just accept that there is a possibly one is roaming around?
