Every single time there’s a post against CSAM, there’s some dork saying “don’t call it p*rn, that implies consent!”

People are so worried about damaging the adult industry’s reputation that they will refuse to acknowledge that children who are stripped and humiliated on camera are being forced into child p*rnography.

You CANNOT tell me that CSAM isn’t “real p*rn.” That entire vile industry literally profits off the demand for content involving children.

You’re telling me that the money earned by adult sites from people who actively search for abuse videos has nothing to do with p*rn? When an actress comes out and states that the film she starred in was actually filmed against her will, do you think anyone involved rushes to take the movie down? The industry doesn’t give a single shit about consent.

Child protection experts warn that p*rnography consumption has created a new type of offender against children. Men who would have otherwise been considered psychologically normal develop addictions to it that are so severe that they seek content escalating in depravity. Eventually, they don’t even stop at children.

But apparently it’s impolite to mention that these men are specifically seeking out p*rn content of children.

Why is pregnancy viewed with disgust by many PCs?

For example, the parasitism comparisons.

It reduces the female body to a passive “host” when the female reproductive system is a complex and highly-evolved automation of care. Women are not defective victims of our own biology.

People who take offence or disgust at healthy, functional female organs should deeply examine their own biases. The idea of another person growing within someone might sound “disgusting”, however labelling ordinary bodily functions with pathologising language is anti-woman.

Second, treating pregnancies like diseases to be cured of.

Medical misogyny meant that over history, ordinary female behaviours or bodily processes were taken as proof of the inherent defectiveness of the female reproductive system. The word “hysteria” itself comes from the Greek word for the uterus, and was believed to be the cause of madness.

Likening a normal female bodily process to disease continues this sexist tradition of demonising healthy female organs and treating them like a threat. This is not progressive in the slightest.

Third, saying pregnant bodies are “ruined”.

Aristotle famously described the female body as a "mutilated male.” Women’s biology has historically been viewed with disgust and fear.

Misogynistic standards place a premium on female bodies being eternally pristine and sexually available. Societies that place men on a pedestal will have women’s social value tied to her utility to men. Pregnancy scars and reshapes the body. Resentment towards pregnancy is because it reduces women’s sexual availability. Even if post-partum bodies no longer fit within a man’s idea of what is attractive, it does not make their bodies “ruined.”

What is the point of saying that pregnancy ruins your body? Just to spread hatred?

An injection “too inhumane” for serial killers, but perfectly fine to execute a late-term baby with! They even call it a “medicine”.

“You don’t show a woman her abortion just like you don’t show diners how the meat in their burger was killed”

Could this be the worst prochoice self-own of all time 😭? Comparing abortion victims to the brutal and short lives that factory farmed cattle live…where were they even going with this?

There’s actually plenty of awareness of how badly farmed animals live and die, and people are fine with that, but showing an abortion client what she’s about to do to her baby is too far? PCs know damn well why humans react badly to human gore but not animal gore.

And it’s common knowledge that McD’s, orange juice, etc. is overprocessed junk.

“You don’t feel bad for this person who ended a newborn’s life because you don’t have empathy!”

Stumbled on this old post about a Japanese newborn that was found dead in a locker. Apparently it’s not even an uncommon thing.

Of course the abortion harpies found it and yap about how we should actually learn to empathise with people who leave newborns to rot. Seems like they subconsciously identify with whoever abandons the baby.

My country has all of those things, so why is the abortion rate still so high???

In well-off countries with social safety nets, affordable healthcare etc with access to birth control, why do abortions occur in such huge numbers?

Not to imply that poverty justifies murder (Quran 17:31), but prolife and abortion advocates alike state that poverty is a leading cause of abortions.

Countries that have taken drastic measures to alleviate poverty and make birth control accessible still have abortions. Countries where highly effective birth control is dirt cheap still have abortions. Countries with welfare systems still have abortions.

Assume that this technology completely mimics the internal environment of the biological womb to create a safe and comfortable environment for the baby to develop. The fetus can be transplanted at any point before it could be safely birthed and survive.

Assume that if the fetus dies in the artificial womb, it would have died in the biological womb (any deaths are due to fetal incompatibility with life rather than the womb itself).

I think there will be a small but significant split in the PC community if artificial wombs become a thing.

The most extreme PC believe that fetuses shouldn’t even be able to exist outside the biological womb without the mother’s consent. They see the baby’s shared DNA as the child being an extension of its parent.

They will see the public’s excitement at this prospect to preserve life and desperately use any power at their disposal to flood people with disinformation, fear and nonsensical arguments against this technology. The abortion industry will readily back them up.

Many PCs will feel threatened by the existence of this technology, seeing it as a step for men to “replace” women, and demand for its use to be heavily restricted. Misogynistic basement dwellers add to this fear by implying women will be made obsolete by robots, AI, etc.

Conversely, some PC feminists may see artificial wombs as an equaliser. They may advocate for artificial wombs as a painless alternative to birth, to spare women the pain that their male counterparts do not have to suffer through.

They will probably be horrified at the abortion industry’s backlash against artificial wombs since they see the wombs as a third choice for women who neither want to go through an abortion or childbirth. PC feminists will probably still support early abortions because they see the baby as too undeveloped for its life to have moral value but some will begin to believe that artificial wombs should replace later abortions.

The PC who acknowledge the fetus is human and believe abortion was an unfortunate side effect of preventing bodily harm from pregnancy will likely embrace this technology. PC who support strict and early limits on abortion may also be in favour of artificial wombs completely replacing abortion.

I think that these last PCs would eventually merge into PL groups, as they would realise that there is no “need” for abortion now that artificial wombs exist.

What do you all think?
