Company Store Oxygen sheets were holy grail — and now discontinued. What next?

They were 100% cotton. Super soft. Thin. They didn’t seem like sateen or percale.

The closest I’ve ever found to them were the vintage sheets that my mom collected from antique stores and antiques shows. The kind where someone’s grandma or great grandma embroidered the edges.

I dislike the crisp rough (itchy to me) feel of new percale as much as I dislike the thick heat of sateen.

Any ideas of where to go from here?

My Miele T1 picked up fragrance from a guests clothes — how to get rid of the fragrance?

I am abnormally intolerant to fragrances. A guest washed their heavily fragranced clothes in my machines and I can’t rid the dryer of the smell of whatever it is.

I’ve changed out the plinth filter and have successfully washed fragrance out off the lint traps. Have wiped out the drum.

But when I run the dryer, it smells like someone sprayed febreeze in it (EDIT: they use downy unstoppables at home)

Any ideas on what to do next to rid it of the fragrance?

I’m fully prepared to buy a new dryer, but of course I would prefer not to

How to get fragrance out of dryer? 🥴

I am extremely, abnormally, freakishly scent sensitive.

Guests with highly fragranced clothes, laundered their items in my machine.

My dryer now smells like it is incredibly strong perfume fragrance and it is scenting all of my textiles.

The fragrance seems to have penetrated the lint trap mesh and plastic housing. Any ideas on how to neutralize/remove this fragrance?

I’m not sure of a way out of this cycle – I can get the fragrances out of textiles with citric acid in the wash, but the dryer scents everything again

At this point, I’m concerned I may just need to replace the dryer and the laundered items

My concern is that if I just replaced the dryer, the textiles that have become scented will fragrance a new dryer

Help!

GOAL: Deodorizing and degreasing husbands pillowcases and athletic gear with completely fragrance free products.

ASK: After Spa Day treatment, is it reasonable to expect good ongoing results with most any fragrance free detergent option as long as I’m using appropriate enzymes (Febu) and citric acid? ***if not, do you have any specific recs from Amazon, target, Walmart, Sprouts, Kroger, Publix?

PSA: Tide Clean & Gentle Powder has an intolerably strong fragrance. Lots of folks in this subreddit are recommending it as fragrance free — but it’s definitely not. 😷

HISTORY:
I don’t have easy access to WF for their 365 powder

I’m using dirty labs liquid with great results on my laundry (dry skin)— but not so much his. I could just boost the dose for his laundry but as discussed often here, that makes the already high price pretty outrageous

I developed significant fragrance intolerance about 10 years ago – breathing them in hurts my nose, my face, my sinuses and gives me a migraine if I have to be around them more than a few minutes. Even before the pandemic I had basically stopped going anywhere around people indoors. 😩
