I am 27 overweight ftm.... yesterday my TVS done

Fetal pole, Gsac, CRL all are present but no cardiac activity is seen.... ACC to CRL I am 6w5days pregnant....1 week behind my actual date... I am just loosing hope... This is soo emotional situation for me... What is the normal timing for heartbeat to came and

Hi I am F(27) FTM... I am on my 5week and got an ultrasound it shows 12.3 cm intramural fibroid and a small yolk seen....

I am totally lost after seeing such a huge fibroid it's on posterior side

Also I got some spotting yesterday that's why Ob-gyn wanted an ultrasound

Anyone who had sameor related issue? How you deal with your fibroids your pregnancy journey.. it's really helpful for me ❤️
