i’m a teen who decided to go vegan months ago after finding out the truth being the meat/dairy/eggs industry. i’m having a lot of fun with new recipes and content, supplementing and documenting myself so i can be sure to do this the right way.
however it’s been causing a lot of fights with my family who keep saying i’m a burden and that it’s annoying and affecting them personally. no matter what i try to explain to them, they won’t hear it - i’m tired of having to make my own food and be considered the one who’s “difficult” when they could make easy swaps and simply refuse to
how do i not let them get in the way ?? it’s so easy to be vegan but so hard when people around you don’t get it. i feel like they’re just waiting for me to cave and drop it or something and it makes me mad
