F/35/5’3” [233lbs > 137lbs = 96lbs] (25 Months) Weight loss progress

I’ve changed a lot the past few years, dyed hair & I wear it mostly straight now, switched up glasses. when people see old photos of me they think I look completely different. Not only my appearance, I’ve grown emotionally and am on my healing journey from trauma & mental illness.

There is a centromere pattern with distinct speckles and positive staining of mitotic cells in a granular manner. Centromere antibodies can be associated with CREST syndrome and scleroderma. Confirmatory testing is not required with the centromere pattern.

I’ve never heard of this, does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions/advice etc? Anything at all

Mass in jaw

Dentigerous cyst ?

I’ve had this mass a couple of years, it used to be soft to touch but now solid. I can’t feel my lower left lip or my lower left jaw. Swelling in cheek, weird feeling, I feel the mass in my gum now
I’m on next operating room cancellation
I also have ‘tumor markers’ in my bloodwork, referred to oncology hematology…
Surgeon said my jaw could fracture. I hope I wouldnt need my jaw wired shut to heal, I’m getting a Vivigen bone graft.
Any thoughts???

My surgery was scheduled September 23 but now I’m on the next cancellation list.

I was on clozaril 20 years

I was on clozaril twenty years & off since April ( prescribed Abilify & oxcarbazepine now), my sleeps horrible now. In the beginning of being off of it, my sleep was much worse , but my insomnia is still terrible. Ativan ( prescribed ) is the only medication that is effective but I’m
Aware it’s addictive. 1 or 2 mg works but incredibly lethargic in the morning / afternoon…

Is there anything i can do for better sleep?
& is there any mental or physical conditions i should be in the look out for?
I as taking up to 700 mg at some points.
