Anyone else getting water pooling in the spare tyre well in their 2026 RAV4?

I've had my 2026 XSE PHEV since June and today was the first time I've looked in the spare tyre well. I noticed quite a bit of water pooling in there. The photos don't really convey the amount of water but it was about 2-3cm deep (about an inch). It took three towels to soak it all up.

My car gets parked outside and it is winter where I live so there has been some rain but not huge amounts. I've washed my car a few times and I use a hose not a pressure washer and the boot is always locked when I do. I don't think either of those things should cause this amount of water pooling.

My only thought is I had a towbar hitch installed back in June. It was by an installer the Toyota dealer recommended and they use themselves. Could something they have done caused this? I'm making an appointment to take it into the dealer in the morning but just wondering in the meantime whether anyone else has experienced this and what was the cause? Thanks.

Has anyone put something like this on their 2026 front grill?

Please share photos if you have. I can't tell how seamless it would look from the video online.

Does anyone in Australia or NZ have the Toyota OEM tow bar fitted to their 2026 RAV4?

Would you mind posting a photo of how it looks? From what I can tell it leaves quite a large gap in the bumper. The photo on the Toyota Australia website looks a little different to the images I've seen from overseas so I'm keen to see how it actually looks before committing or researching alternatives that don't require the large bumper gap. Thanks!

What is a Coleopterologist's favourite band?

Coleopterologists come from all different walks of life, therefore you would expect a variety of musical tastes among the profession. But funnily enough they're all massive fans of the 90's Swedish pop sensation, Ace of Base.

The YT Music app that comes installed is just the Youtube app but it opens on the Music tab. We use our TV and speakers to play background music at home with Spotify. We like it to display static album art in the TV while the song is playing. I'd like to switch over to Youtube music as I have a premium subscription but I can't find a way to make it not play the video version every time. I can change it once a song has started playing but if I switch playlists it will default back to playing the video.

Another reason I haven't switched over to YT Music yet is the Android Auto search often plays the live version or a remix or even a cover version. Any tips to force it to play the original version?
