When I was a young lad before the turn of the century, you could get them at any gas station or work place vending machine. Also, most restaurants offered a basic bbq beef sandwich on the menu. Those were the good old days.
Edit reposting this because it got removed from unpopular opinions. Maybe not as unpopular as I thought, but most people I know don’t seem too concerned about the disappearance of said sandwich in our daily lives. And yes, I know beef is more expensive than it used to be. I’ll pay more. Thank you

This is a longer version of the one that’s been popping up for me, but it’s right up there with the Trivago guy, the Millers and their cash register drum set, Marie Osmond screaming, and the salad stuffer. It’s a toss up.

I never buy milk or butter and whenever I make macaroni and cheese, I just use two ingredients: macaroni and cheese. Doesn’t matter if I’m using the Kraft powder or if I just make my own macaroni and add cheese. As long as it melts, it’s delicious. People act like they can’t make it without milk and butter or they have to substitute broth or some other shit. Just put the damn cheese on your pasta, stir until it melts, and eat it. Even if you google it there are a hundred suggestions on how to use something else if you are out of milk and butter. It’s like some people put butter on their bread if they make a pb&j sandwich, but you can just use peanut butter and jelly! I mean damn!

I know this is supposed to be for commercials I hate, but compared to the other Trivago guy, I love this lady!

I know it’s petty and stupid of me but I had to turn it off.

We gotta hear her annoying scream not once, but twice in this ad. I don’t need this in my life.

I am watching a day late, but this was an enjoyable episode. I’d like to see them do this more often where they give politics a rest. Good panel of guests too. Just wanted to say that. 😀🇺🇸

I had this thought before but had to put it on the back burner for multiple reasons. I think I may have solved some of the issues that previously made this such a bad idea. 

First off no crew member will be forced to come in on their summer break. It will be completely voluntary and if they decide to come in they will get double time. Anyone not wanting to work will still have their job waiting for them in the fall, but we will find replacements just for the specials.

The network will not have to shell out any extra money for these specials. I will be footing the bill. 

There will be two new episodes of SNL right smack dab in the middle of summer. All cast members will be alumni. Everyone from Tina Fey to Anthony Michael Hall will be welcome. Money is no object. Ratings are unimportant.

The musical guest for week one will be The Smashing Pumpkins with D’Arcy. The second week’s musical guest will be The Dead Kennedys with Jello. I will make it happen. SNL came so close to reuniting the Beatles, this will help heal that wound.

As for the hosts, I only have one request. No Handsome Hunks!

I would like to see some sort of reality show featuring these two. What would work best? Travel, cooking, home improvement, or what?

I usually record it and watch later in the day, but I don’t think I’ve seen it for awhile.

I know the script was horrible and a lot of things didn’t make sense. But after rewatching Superman 3 and 4, it was pretty entertaining. Helen Slater is great. Faye Dunaway is a good villain. The phantom zone was kinda scary. I even plan on watching it again sometime. Just gotta be in the right mood. I watched in the 80’s or maybe early 90 ‘s and was not feeling it. Now I am! 😁

Matt Damon always does a good job and I apologize to everyone who got mad when I said handsome hunks don’t make humorous hosts. I was wrong.

I say she looks cute as a damn button and should at least do it more often. And she should stop putting Geraldo on her show.
