Wide angle camera lens+ close up photo makes Toulouse look like a little otter man

Hello, I am a lifelong nail biter (30F) and every year I go through a phase of quitting for a few weeks but then something stressful happens and I’m right back to it.

In the past I’ve tried getting manicures to keep me from messing with them but I always have a bad experience with the nail techs making jokes or backhanded remarks about how bad my cuticles look or how short my nails are.

I want to try better home care in the hopes it keeps me from biting. I’d love some advice on products I should be using and any advice on quitting biting for good would be deeply appreciated.

I have a cosmo license (specializing in hair) so I have access to professional grade products.
