New Mod Notice: Community Updates

Hey all!

I wanted to make a post sharing some community updates and get feedback. Up until now, this subreddit has not been moderated and the mods were inactive.

  • Currently, I am the only active mod. I'm working on removing inactive moderators. Stay tuned for a post recruiting more mods!
  • The report queue is long, but I will slowly begin making my way through it. Please keep reporting comments and posts that break subreddit rules.
  • Speaking of rules, please leave a comment or send a modmail about any proposed rule changes you may have. I want to make sure this community becomes more of a safe space for those going through recovery. Feedback is welcome and encouraged!

Thanks for your patience!

Anyone else have severe bloating that DECREASES during a GI flare?

I've been in a flare for the past few days and I notice that I have an overall decrease in bloating alongside it. Anyone else experience this? My stomach ends up more "sucked in" instead of distended. Disclaimer: I'm not sure if i have IBS vs something else, so it may be related to another condition

Wanting to go back to natural

I'm wanting to go back to my natural brown hair because, although I LOVE this color (live laugh love by GDY), I honestly hate not washing my hair every day, and in hot water. Any suggestions for going back to brown? Darker shades are fine, too. I added a few different photos due to lighting to show my natural hair color as best I could.

I was thinking of having it fade out then going over it with a dark reddish brown. Does that seem reasonable?

Thanks!
