Trading on EDGE

Hi all,

I've had SO many issues with trading basic Stocks & ETFs over the last week. Has anyone else had the same problem? I've been having to do this from my iPhone for the last week, which is ridiculous because I've just rolled over considerable assets into the self-directed EDGE platform.

I'm a former Merrill advisor, still in the business as a wealth manager at a very large RIA. I'm entrenched in the BofA/ML ecosystem because they've been generous with credit lines, banking is just fine, etc. I've never before had so many issues with trading on EDGE. I've cleared my cache, forced a browser cycle via Ctrl+F5, and I've attempted from both my gaming desktop PC (less than a year-old), my personal laptop PC (brand new), and my work laptop.

Thanks much!

Household upgrade

I've had a Dyson vacuum since shortly after graduating from college, largely because I have 2 cats (well, initially one). After a decade, the V8 Pet Plus has outlived its useful life. So, I went onto the site to get a replacement; ended up going with the V11. And then found the fans. I bought a Dyson Cool for my bedroom this past week. I'm a fan "guy" - I really appreciate air moving. Holy sh*t - I just bought 2 more. Life's too short and while my house is only 1400 sq ft, these fans are IT. They're so pleasing to look at and perform better.

ETA: I have fans in almost every room. Many are getting replaced.

HP Omen 45L extended warranty = losing me as customer

I've had User Profile Service issues with my Omen despite multiple fresh installs, and I'm just outside of the warranty.  So, I purchased the "Ultimate Gaming Coverage Plan," waited, and sent it in after the 30-day waiting period.  It's been nearly 2 weeks and I've had NO updates.  The Servify team said it usually just "gets fixed" and shipped back, without statusing the issue.  I firmly stated that I wanted to know the issue and that I'd like an update; after a few days, the message was "just be patient please"... it's been pathetic.

Does HP think this is how they retain long-term gaming customers?  HP is permanently crossed off the list.  My close friend has an Alienware computer and they showed up in-person to fix his PC. So...

Alienware it is!  The Omen I purchased was busted from the get-go, and the way I’ve been treated since has me more frustrated than pleased.
