Leadership or Workforce Assessments Recommendations

Hello! I currently work for a Training and Workforce Development company which many of our clients are in the government space. I’ve been tasked with updating our list of Assessments we offer, they consist of the basic big ones; CliftonStrengths34, Hogan 360, MBTI, DiSC, etc.

I was wondering what are some other assessments you would recommend that are looking to get more business leaders attention. I know we are also looking for team related assessments as well. We do unfortunately have to stay away from DEIA involved in the assessments. So we can’t use Leadership Circle that revolves around “identity” and things like that.

Thank you!

Edit: Just want to be clear this isn’t for one specific client. This is to update our assessment catalogue or portfolio.

Improving Aiming but not FPS

I have issues with FPS games ever since I was a kid, I could never play any of the fun/popular games because I would get nauseous and end up sick. I feel like because of that my aiming in games suuuuuck. I want to improve my aiming but a lot of the advice I find are tailored towards FPS. Are there any suggestions or advice on how to improve aiming that isn’t FPS or POV related. It doesn’t have to be shooting related either. I just want to be able to aim at the target and hit it haha.

Thank you!

Librarian: Tidy Up Arcane Library POV Motion Sickness

I just got the game and I love the concept and I wish I could keep playing (I’ve already played 72 min) but I’m starting to get a headache and feeling nauseous because of the first person view. Is there any suggestions one might have?
