I know they’re working on developing the old Union Bleachery site right now, and have left the original smokestack building up. Does anyone know when they might start to renovate that building? I saw they’re turning it into a restaurant or something.

Hi everyone! I’m an avid shark tooth hunter, and I’ve heard Morris Island is really good for finding them. Is it possible to kayak/paddle board from the very end of Folly beach to Morris island across Lighthouse creek? I have some experience in paddle boarding inlets and kayak frequently (although I’ve only ever kayaked in lakes, which are definitely much easier). I understand that this could be very dangerous so I wanted to see if this route would be possible.
