Sent in a 29.5lb box w/ new Levi’s, NWT Sweaters, various other higher end brands it initially showed processing and marked several items as “excellent condition,” “NWT,” then those disappeared and all they listed was a single pair of Zara jeans?! The rest were “donated.” Has anyone dealt with this?

Is there any recourse here? I’m so pissed especially because I could clearly see they were getting ready to list more items then it suddenly dropped down to one pair of Zara jeans. There’s still a couple days left of the “listing process” but I can’t imagine they’ll reappear.

Questions about car accident as passengers in an Uber. This occurred in a different state while on vacation. What are our next steps?

Long story short, my family and I were on vacation and in an Uber when our driver switched lanes suddenly as he was about to miss the turn and we were struck by a vehicle that was already occupying the lane.

This occurred in FL, I am a CA resident, and my 3 family members are NC residents.

Me and one family member were at the direct area of impact and both hit our heads and have other somewhat minor injuries. I was incredibly dizzy, nauseous and concussed upon impact. Me and one family member were transported to the hospital via ambulances. The remaining two family members rode to the hospital in the ambulances as passengers and then were admitted for evaluation once they arrived at the hospital.

Me and the other most affected member of my family were diagnosed with blunt head trauma. None of us had fractures or other documented injuries from the hospital visit aside from small things such as abrasions, acute pain, etc.

In the day or two following, we’ve had some neck pain, headaches, bruising, swelling, etc.

Uber detected the accident right off the bat and we filed an incident report with them, but have limited information when they called just saying we were still medically evaluating.

We are working on obtaining the police report, there was also an eye witness on scene who was interviewed by an officer. We have all hospital documentation as well.

What happens next? Should we seek to obtain a personal injury lawyer? It feels more confusing as this happened out of state and our family resides in two different states.

We were on vacation when this happened, which of course ruined the remainder of our vacation. We are so thankful to be okay and that no one was very seriously injured.
