At-home coffee liqueur recipe?
Hi!
I’m interested in making ~20 coffee liqueur bottles to be used as Christmas gifts for family & friends. Does anyone have a great recipe or experience with this?
I’m hoping to use local coffee beans — should I soak them (ground) in the liquor, or make a cold brew that gets added to the liquor?
If I want to add flavor (vanilla, almond, hazelnut, etc) — what is the best form factor for this?

Decreased drive for other pleasures (not just food)?
(26F) 5 weeks on Wegovy, just increased from 0.25 to 0.5 last week. Down 4lbs total. My food noise has definitely decreased, but so has my sex drive and desire to consume alcohol. Wondering if this is due to a generalized decrease in energy, or if anyone else has experienced these decreased desires while maintaining similar energy levels as pre-wegovy.
