which blue?

i want to do some good ol hammers but in more muted aged gold. i can't make up my mind if the blue should be dark as well or be bright to pop out more... opinions?

Naming conventions?

did i get this right that spears unlike most marines are on a first name basis with an occasional epithet thrown here and there (like space wolves)? i have a couple of guys to give names to.
