Hey lads and lady’s. I’m trying to find a gearbox shifter etc to replace my cooked 4L60E. If anyone has any leads hook me up.
Also what’s the story with the ECU for the conversion.

Gidday lads,

I’ve got a VZ SS commodore ute with a slipping second gear up top of the revs.
Looks like it’s going to get opened up which is fine,
I’m good to take it out of the vehicle but not really confident rebuilding the transmission.
It gets driven pretty hard daily and I would like to get the most out of it if it’s going to be taken apart.
I just don’t know what I need to tell the transmission guys so they don’t just do the bare minimum to get it running well again.
Money’s not a problem really
Making 295kw at the tires currently but would like to save up some money and install a Harrop supercharger in the future.

How come my 2014 4T trucks oil is pretty much clear (like oliviani olive oil) after a year and my Mrs new bt50s oil is jet black after a week?
I use the same oil in both
