Rat nugget bag: "prevents picky eating!" My boys: "we only like the crusts."
Every time I clean the cage I find a mountain of half finished food and food dust because my boys are determined to be picky eaters even when the food is pellets XD
Should I keep using uncomfortable night guard after botox (for tmj/clenching)
I was diagnosed with tmj a few years ago, but have probably had clenching issues for a long time (ssris for 20+ years so possible factor). My main issue with the night guard is that it's not really comfortable. I have a deep bite, so my top teeth overlap my bottom teeth a lot, so with the night guard my mouth is held open more than it would be naturally when relaxed. I would often wake up with indents in my tongue and soreness even with the nightguard since it doesn't stop the clenching, so I decided to try botox. Since the muscle can't clench as hard anymore, and it seems to be mostly clenching not really grinding, can I reasonably ditch the night guard?
