Not sure if this is allowed here so sorry mods if it isn’t.
I’ve been raising money for my various eye surgeries the keep my eye disorder at bay.
I have been able to get my first round but have not been able to get anything past that done.
This disorder is also not correctible with regular prescription glasses or soft contacts. I must get hard contacts, which are for some reason still seen as an aesthetic option.
If anyone has anything they can spare, or can spread the word in any way, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I was not at all expecting this surfer design, especially with the color but I’m really digging it. It’s not all over, just a faint hue which is nice for someone who is usually against painted/print gold bullion.

Can’t wait to see what the rest of them look like. As a Californian I’m hoping we get a Prospector and an Actress or Director of some sort. Would be cool to see the founding industries of the state symbolized on these.

What designs are you all hoping for?

About 3 years ago, before I had any deeper knowledge on silver coins, I was looking through some half dollars. I skunked out except for a 1965 half dollar that I thought looked like it had silver in it and may have been a leftover blank from 64. I put it somewhere and moved on. Hadn’t done much CRH in the last few years but got the itch again late last year and searched high and low for the Half Dollar because I found out it was in fact 40%. Spent hours looking and figured I must have accidentally used it.

Flash forward to tonight, my girlfriend asks me for a wallet chain, which I keep a bunch in a crown royal bag in my dresser. I open this one which seemed practically empty and theres 3 pre 64 dimes I didn’t know existed and that same 65 halfie I was searching for months ago.

This is better than finding money in your pockets.
