My broadband is provided by Plusnet and they have moved email services to Greenby. Recently Greenby have prevented emails from private domains from being sent.

My email account has very low throughput. Is there an email service that will allow me to send emails from my private domain at a reasonable cost?

I last tried to see one around 50 years ago when my parents took me to Loch Garten. No luck then but better luck today and a whole lot closer to home.
