bds on X: "We’ve heard the feedback, and we’ve felt it ourselves. We’re rebuilding passing from the ground up, starting with a fully manual foundation and then layering assistance on top, instead of the other way around. It’s still early, but it’s already feeling really promising."
👋 Hi! I built Goalsverse - a community stats & tracking site for GOALS. Would love your feedback (and feature requests).
Hey Reddit, hope you're all doing well!
I'm the creator behind goalsverse.com, a community tool for GOALS that's been around since beta but had a full reboot a few weeks back. It turns the game's data into actual insight about your club, your cards, and your playstyle. Anytime you search a club, we start tracking it, so it builds up a match and upgrade history that the game itself currently doesn't show you.
Quick rundown of what you can do on there right now:
Your club
• 🔎 Search any club and instantly see SR, win rate, rank, formation and full match history
• 📈 Match-by-match breakdowns with formations, scorelines and SR changes
• 🧩 Squad history: see every lineup you've fielded and how each one actually performed
• 🃏 Card profiles with full attributes, plus a compare tool for up to 4 cards side by side
Leaderboards (built from archived and collected data)
• 🚀 Biggest Climbers: who's gaining the most SR over 7/30 days
• 🔧 Biggest Upgraders: who's performing most upgrades in their club
• 🏆 Top Squads: active clubs ranked by starting-XI average OVR
Analytics & tools
• 📊 Meta: what formations/tactics the top 100/500/1000 clubs run, with win rates, broken down by patch
• 🩹 Patch Pros: any club's before/after record since the latest patch
• 🎯 Potential Calculator: odds of a card hitting a target OVR, based on real upgrade data
• 🎨 Me In GOALS: make your own custom player card
Community
• 🎬 Clips: upload and watch community highlights
So far I've only gathered feedback through the GOALS Discord, so I wanted to check in here too: is there any feature or data you're missing? Anything you'd change or want to see? Whether it's a new stat, a leaderboard idea, or just first impressions, feel free to let me know in the replies.
Thanks for reading!
Longer review times for updates?
Anyone else feeling like Google is taking really long for simple app updates this last month? I mean, we used to go from having updates approved within the same day, sometimes even within 3 hours. Now it takes 2-3 days for a review. Heck, even Apple is beating Google in review times right now.
Any reasons why?
Even G2 users - what apps from the Hub have you found useful?
As a potential buyer of the G2's, I'm super interested in the Hub, but as you can't browse the hub (AFAIK) if you don't have an account with Even, I have no idea what to expect. What apps from there have you found real usage from?
Let me start by saying that this gives you an average measurement, not something that should be clinically or medically trusted. I still recommend visiting an optician if you can.
With that said - I created a very lightweight app that uses Google's MediaPipe Iris tracking functionality, that basically gets you the distance between the center of your pupils very easily.
The app does three concurrent scans and then creates an average of the results. I tried it out with my optician results and I got surprisingly close to what my optician said (Opti: 61MM, app ranged between 59-62).
The reason I made this app is because there was no solid option for Android, and all of them that looked promising had huge costs. This app is free - no ads, no tracking, no IAP. You have the option to buy me a coffee after the scan if you want, but that's totally up to you.
I hope this helps users to get an average of their PD before deciding on which glasses to buy. Let me know if you like it! :)
