Viking Blue Carbon after about 2 months of regular use
Just in case anyone has seen them and was wondering. I picked it up at home goods and its my first carbon steel pan. Its been great. I was a bit incredulous about the blue color; I knew it wasn't a coating but it really, really looked like some sort of non stick. Was glad to see it started to look normal very quickly after use.

Anyone else sit on their string cheese until it’s warm?
Just me? Thought so.
