Im mid-20s mostly healthy guy with some chronic health issues, and the only scores I get are above 85 or 35-38. It makes it very difficult to understand what’s happening if it’s basically binary - either things are good or bad. I have never once seen a number between 38 and 85 in my several years of using Welltory. I’ve also never seen any number below 35. Really makes me question the accuracy of this app, and the fact that they don’t publish anywhere their actual metrics used to calculate health scores.

Looking at 3 downtown lofts. Rent + utilities for all of them is between 650 and 900 (per person). Open to input from you. All are located within one block of the courthouse downtown.

Awesome location and prices, these will all go fast so hoping to line this up somewhat quickly. All are large (over 1000 sq ft), and 2b2b, one has an extra den. All have dishwasher, washer and dryer included.

Me: retired athlete, big outdoors guy (climbing, paddling, mountain biking, ski/board, backpacking), play guitar, engineering student, self employed building and selling software systems, landscaping side gig (my excuse to get outside).
