What is this? I was told it was Scalp psoriasis growing up but I got two different answers from two different dermatologist

I get scabs, sores and patches all over my scalp, its painful stingy and tender. Sometimes its white scale patches... I have medicated shampoos that help but with my hair being very thick its difficult to throughly get my entire scalp myself... so I still get occasionally patches, like this, I decided to shave the spot so I could take a photo, it also felt much better afterwards.

Is it done for?

I recieved this plant for my birthday in February. It was replacement for a variegated peace lily I had purchased a few years prior that didn't make it home due to extreme heat in a hot car ( Phoenix) I noticed the browning on the leaves and decided to set up a mister in the garage and was rotating my plants one at a time, became busy and left this guy in their for a couple of days, I think the hard water played a big role in the condition. If anyone could please help me save this guy id be forever grateful! I truly can not let him die but am terrified to do anything without asking for help first!

How Did you get diagnosed?

Im not sure what's really "wrong" with me. But I have had many problems leading to my current state. Ive leaded toward bipolar in recent years because I definitely have major ups and downs throughout the year.

I feel like I'm on an almost constant roller-coaster. Depression to anger, stress worry. I have extreme emotional distress by negative new stories and then develop paranoia/extreme worry. That alone is something I struggle with, I blame PTSD, which is the only thing ive been formally diagnosed with, that and ADHD-combined.

I want to seek help during these low times especially right now where I feel as though im emotionally fragile and fatigued from all the hyperfixation of a couple of "hobbies" over the last few months. The emotional fatigue, embarrassment/regret and paranoia, im not just sad and feel ive dragged my family through chaos 💔 I need help, amd thsy say to ask for it but I feel like there is no hope for me, its just a never ending cycle.

I was really looking forward to this grooming opportunity with Petco, and I was told I didn't get position which I am beyond devastated about. I think I really needed something new more than I realized. But im also so sad they arent arent willing ro bypass my terrible interview.

I just picked her up a few hours ago and my friend was concerned she might have mites. Because of the redness on her ear. If so. Ill have to order some treat from Amazon pronto and wod like recommendations also what other preventive care should I apply? She needs to be cleaned, shes a bit Yellow, but I do feel like her fur.is dull but im not sure if think its her type. I think shes a teddy bear guinea pig. Shes very fluffy
