I've received an offer letter for BSc botany today and me and my parents both are Skeptical if I should go there, (I'm Skeptical because of bad Reviews I've heard in this sub and my parents for some reason cause its a muslim majority school and in Delhi) please someone give some insights, (also my backup is st. Xavier ranchi which I don't really wanna go to) so please help me yall 😭😭

Well I got admitted in BSc geology at st Xavier on 7th August and after mailing like a 100 times they told me to come to class but I was planning to go directly on 18th because that's when they'll be Doing physical verification of documents.. So like is that okay if I do that?

Ps- ik this college is shitty and all that but this us the only option I've left and I'm Doing partial drop Anyways so yeah🥀😞

ALSO CAN SOMEONE FROM GEOLOGY DEPARTMENT OR IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE FROM GEOLOGY DEPARTMENT TELL ME ABOUT THE UNIFORM OR DRESS CODE PLEASEE😭

So I applied and got selected for bsc geology at St xavier ranchi (some seats were vacant so I applied at 1-2 August because I was not getting a seat at any good central uni) and I am very skeptical about joining it, also I looked up the college on google and people were wearing uniforms😭 is this uniform mandatory??? Idk if I should join but frankly I don't have much options left anymore 😭😭

1.how is the campus and faculty of both of these Departments

2.are there any issues in getting a hostel (for girls), and how are the conditions of the girls hostel.

3.how is the campus vibe,fests and events, society, food/mess, and overall Locality of the University and outside too. (for a north indian especially)

4.is living there expensive as compared to delhi and Hyderabad, including fees and mess

5.how is the attendance policy

6. Is there any sort of discrimination or ragging?

7. What are some things you/your friends dont like abt your college.(from Seniors)
