Occupational Health & Safety at Western University

Looking at getting into Occ Health & Safety Program at Western University because of the co-op component. Wanted to see if there's anyone who's in the program or who has completed the program -- pls feel free to reply or send me a dm!

Also I'm a registered/licensed practical nurse in Ontario and looking to get into health and safety as my second career, how can I start getting my foot in the door while I'm transitioning into the field? Would love to hear some suggestions and recommendations!

Career change -- advice?

I'm from Ontario, Canada and I'm really tired of working as a registered/licensed practical nurse. I'm also tired of hearing that I should bridge to RN (bachelor's) but I honestly do not want to be a nurse anymore. I'm always looking for other careers out there, but the job market isn't helping. Any advice on stable careers that I could pivot into?

From Ontario, Canada -- Thinking of getting into Occupational Health and Safety!

I'm a burnt out RPN (registered practical nurse) and looking for ways to pivot into something else instead of bridging to my RN. Occupational Health and Safety is one of the programs that I'm considering of getting into.

If anyone of you is from Canada (specifically Ontario), please share your thoughts and advice about this career! Feel free to send me a DM.

Thank you!

I got scammed!! (TapTap Canada)

I live in Canada and I use TapTap to send money to family and friends. Ang tanga ko kasi I fell into textbook scam where the scammers asked for my info kasi may rewards daw akong makukuha. I saw that they changed my cousin's Gcash number sa account and they withdrew $450 tapos $67.77 something. How can I report the number sa Gcash? I checked their website and it seems na dapat may Gcash account ako but I don't use one.

Send help 😭

Route suggestions: Tunney's to Manotick

I'm thinking of cycling from Tunney's or Dow's Lake area to Manotick but I am not sure if the roads going there have good shoulder lanes. Please drop any suggestions. Thanks!
