Is their a way to extract the apps installed on my 1520 as cap files?

IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER OF 1 AND A HALF YEARS SCREW THEM.

So where do I start with Vodafone. I've been a customer for over a year with them and thankfully that contract is near the end. But I took out a new plan with them with a new phone for 2 years.

But as soon as it was delivered on Friday last week they blocked the sim and flagged it as FRAUD.

I've called them and emailed them. They asked for ID which is fair enough but the only ID I have is a passport which has expired way before Covid started and a University ID which expired 2018.

They refused these even though I also provided a bank statement showing what they asked.

Now do I have a legal right to return this device and end this contract? I believe it's 2 weeks 14 days.

Vodafone simply say you have to wait until the fraud team investigate even though I have told them neumerous times it's not fraud I set this up.

Anyone else ever been in this situation with Vodafone.

They even have my credit card debit card and bank information on file.

I've filled a complaint with them as well giving them the option to either accept the two IDS I have or allow me to return the phone and end the contract.

Is their anything else I should do?

I'll be calling them today but the reference number for a new contract does not work on the EE website.

Upfront payment was taken.

WhatsApp brought me to the phone number page then asked to update

Honestly I am surprised the number of apps that do work

Is their anyway to fix the navigation buttons on this build. On any phone with the physical navigation buttons it does not work with them. Only works with the on screen ones.

So I managed to find my original 535 but when I plug it in it goes to the red screen.

i've flashed it via WPINTERNALS it says success the phone reboots but goes straight back to the red screen.

Is this dead emmc or something else?
