I got these bites about a week ago and thought it was from being outside on my deck. The deck has a lot of rotting wood and sits atop another roof so there is wet debris under it. They’re clustered together like bed bugs. It’s hard to say if I’ve gotten any more since not going outside bc I had so many. My boyfriend who lives with me doesn’t go on the deck but does sleep in the bed doesn’t have any bites.

This morning I went into utter panic mode and tore apart my bed and found one of these under the Velcro that holds the slats to my Bedframe. On my side of the bed. Everything else was clean and I can’t find any live bugs. Is this a bed bug molt?

Found found on the frame of our bed. I can’t find a single other husk or Liv bug, but I have been getting little bites on my arms. The bites seem smaller than what most bedbugs cause but I have been so anxious and then I found this on our bedframe today.
