Leeftijdsgrens

Hallo allemaal,
Als man die eind dit jaar de 37 aantikt, zou ik graag een gevechtsfunctie bij defensie willen bekleden.

Rond mijn 28e heb ik mij georiënteerd, maar had toen een goed lopende business. Toch zou ik alsnog de switch willen maken.

Is er nieuws, een ontwikkeling of mogelijkheid zodat gemotiveerde mensen die, naast de leeftijdsgrens, aan de eisen voldoen toch kunnen solliciteren voor dergelijke functies?

HELP D: Seal rings keep popping under pressure [Breville Barista Express]

[FIXED]
So i went the quick and dirty route since i dont care how the machine looks. I drilled out the plastic plate uncovering the screws for the collar indeed they were loose and surprise suprise, the one where the blowout occurred was most loose.

Even though you cant reach the back screw like this, tightening 4 of the 5 did the trick!

The (old and replacement) seal rings keep popping out on the exact same spot under high pressure. (Back right) Ive cleaned every nook and cranny but it just won’t hold the seal under pressure :(

Any ideas on fixing the issue?
