My 75 year old neighbor has shopped at this same Nissan dealer for 3 new vehicles over the years but her husband who has since passed did all the negotiating. Her vehicle was hit and totaled so she called them up to get a new one.

They didn’t give her any paperwork for me to even look at how they came to that number but she wrote them a check for $47,738 plus they want her to send the insurance claim information for the total loss of the 2023 Rogue so they get another $2,500 check.

It’s a 2026 Rogue Red Dark Armor. She said they told her they were giving it to her for $39,500 “out the door” plus she also gets the basic package extended warranty which is why it went to $47,738. Plus the $2,500. When I told her to call and ask about the $2,500 they told her they gave her the discount and are just getting it back.

I’m looking at prices online and it seems absolutely outrageous and crazy for that expensive of a basic warranty package.

Is there anything I can do at this point? She paid cash for it. 💔

I purchased tickets for my partner but he already bought a hospitality package. I was trying to resell them but at this point, I would rather just donate them to a reputable charity. Thanks!
