napansin ko lang na parang may recurring pattern sa mga relationships or professional ties ni bea that ended badly. mapa network, manager, love life, other woman, or showbiz columnists, somehow nagiging highly publicized and usually the other party ends up getting heavily bashed.
what makes it interesting is bea usually stays quiet while the controversy plays out and public sympathy naturally leans toward her. even during the gerald-julia issue, mostly subtle parinig and social media activity lang siya while the backlash against the other parties became massive.
of course, being the common denominator doesn’t automatically mean siya ang may kasalanan, and iba iba naman ang circumstances ng bawat issue. pero after seeing the same dynamic several times, makes me think if her silence is simply her way of handling conflict privately, or if staying silent while the other side gets dragged also benefits her public image.
now that she’s married into a family with considerable wealth, influence, and established social connections, it makes me wonder how much power and reach she will have behind the scenes and what that could mean when conflicts become public.
Looking for someone to remotely review our restaurant’s CCTV footage (mobile app) at the end of each operating day.
This is a fully remote and flexible role. You don’t need to watch the entire 10 hours in real time. You can fast-forward through the footage and focus on relevant activity.
Restaurant operating hours: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM
Work setup: 100% remote
Schedule: Flexible, as long as the daily review/report is completed
Main responsibility:
Our cashier sends photos/copies of customer receipts to a Messenger group in real time throughout the day. Your job is to review the CCTV playback, particularly the kitchen/food preparation activity, and cross-check it against the receipts sent in the group.
For example: if you see 3 orders being prepared in the kitchen, you should be able to verify that those items were properly punched into the POS and reflected in the receipts.
You’ll also flag anything else during the review that may need management’s attention, such as unusual transactions, operational issues, discrepancies, or anything that looks worth checking.
At the end of each review, you’ll submit a short daily report summarizing:
- Any food/items prepared that you could not match to a POS receipt
- Any discrepancies or questionable activity
- Other operational issues noticed
- If everything looks okay, simply indicate that no discrepancies were observed
This is primarily a review/monitoring role, so you can fast-forward through inactive periods.
Message me if interested. Open to any applicants as long as you’re detail-oriented and can follow the review process consistently.
I wasn’t really a fan of Bea during her relationship with Dom because I could tell na may mga paandar siya just to elevate Dom, and sometimes it looked unnatural and honestly smells insecurity. But I actually really like this wifey version of Bea now. She seems more chill, more secure, and mas marunong nang makisakay even making fun of her own memes.
On another note, imagine marrying a billionaire and not just any billionaire, but into one of the top richest families in the country. She could literally just sit pretty and enjoy generational wealth forever. She could go full ala-Greta, marry rich, spend the rest of her life living in luxury and social climbing her way into Manila’s high society. Or go the nepo-wife route, married to a senator but show up at fashion weeks just to rampa habang the rest of the country is suffering.
Meanwhile, Asia’s Woma still chose to keep grinding. She’s still working, doing projects, and building her businesses even after marrying Vincent Co. Obviously, she might eventually lie low when they decide to start a family. And with that level of resources, they probably have access to basically every fertility option available if they need it.
Looks like Bea and Anne tapped Bretman for Bash and BLK.

I’m a Filipino working remotely as an independent contractor for a US-based company and my income exceeds the Digital Nomad Visa requirements. I’m considering Spain primarily because Filipinos may be eligible to apply for Spanish citizenship after 2 years of legal residence.
Has anyone here successfully obtained Spanish citizenship through this pathway?
Would appreciate hearing about your experience and timeline. Thanks!
i’m a CPA working for a US-based accounting firm. left my previous firm because i was handling too many clients which meant working overtime pretty regularly
Edit: this is direct, independent contractor role. mas mataas ang rate kapag direct kesa agency. although may mga agencies na pwede ka mag-nego lalo na pag gusto ka ng client after interview - gawin niyong leverage ito kasi malalaman niyo naman talaga scope of work sa interview vs JD
based on my experience working with US-based firms since 2020, these are the salary ranges i’ve commonly seen:
Bookkeeper – 80-100k (if agency i think 60k?)
Staff Accountant – 120-150k
Senior Accountant – more than 150k
Accounting Manager – more than 200k
Financial Controller – at least 300k
Financial Analyst - i turned down a $3k offer (CFO advisory)
i think US employers don’t mind if non-CPA? they base sa experience mo. plus points if may experience ka na working for US companies. pinoy recruiters lang naman mataas ang standard
anyway, know your market value and negotiate accordingly. don’t sell yourself short

Heya!
I’m currently preparing for the CPALE, but to be honest, my foundation isn’t that strong and my grades are pretty low right now huhu. I’m trying to rebuild from the basics and focus only on what’s really necessary for the 6 CPALE subjects.
Can anyone recommend beginner-friendly books or review materials that are:
a) Easy to understand (not too overwhelming)
b) Focused on core concepts
c) Enough to cover what I actually need for the CPALE (not too many extras)
Subjects:
FAR, AFAR, MAS, RFBT, Tax, Auditing
I’d really appreciate suggestions that helped you when you were also starting from a weak foundation. Even better if you can share what worked for you or what to avoid.
Thanks a lot 🙏
