Communicating with Japanese 2.5 y/o help!

I have a 2.5 year old coming into preschool this year. He is already so young for this group but we have special circumstances that he is in our care. I’m looking for resources or Japanese words that are essential for supporting this child with toileting and in general 🙏
I’m doing my best with my own searches but struggling and I’m not sure if Google Translate is giving me words the child would actually know

How to get STI tested?

New partner wants a clean test just in case so I’m looking at these CVS minute clinics but it seems so awkward and like do I just go in and go “I need a test”?? Other suggestions for Chicago suburbs would be helpful 😭

Can’t get full shine :/

Started cleaning these old spoons I inherited and I’ve gotten a long way but I still can’t get a mirror shine on it despite all my elbow grease
I did the baking soda and aluminum trick and even bought silver jewelry cleaner and polishing cloth
But I can’t remove this final dullness
