Apparently WFH is a bigger contributor to the horrible job market than AI. 🌝
They must really want y'all back in the offices so badly they're now sponsoring "research" articles.
Why so much hostility on here?
I can't but notice some rude to outright horrible comments when people ask simple questions on here.
Is this some gen-z thing or what?
Why is an innovative brand like OnePlus struggling? Na
I recently got upgraded to the Samsung S26+, from an A54 I've been using since 2023. In 2023 I switched to Samsung from Redmi, after my Note 10pro which disappointingly developed an issue where it dialed numbers on its own on the 2year mark of using it. Before this time Redmi had been my favorite brand for like 5years, I was very impressed with the value for money mid-range.
Safe to say thw S26+ is my first 'flagship' purchase, for ~US$985 before taxes during the pre launch sales, which is still expensive given the specs. I would have gone into the flagship with a Xiaomi 17 which is quite impressive, but the whole iPhone wannabe design and software is pretty annoying to me, I mean I'm buying an android because I don't want an iPhone, so why sell me an iPhone wannabe? So I decided to stick with Samsung and one UI. I didn't know much about OnePlus at this time.
But now that I'm seeing the OnePlus 15, specs and actual usage and testimonies from people who have tested it, this is the most value for money flagship currently in the mobile phone market, and definitely the choice i would have gone with if I knew any better.
I regret my purchase of the Samsung and would happily trade it in with the OnePlus if I could, and OnePus sells cheaper than the Samsung with most retailers, and is better in every functionality that's important to me in a phone.
But what I keep wondering is, why does it look like the brand is struggling to gain market share despite being the most innovative, I mean in every way. I'm not even an enthusiast, but who doesn't want a long last battery they have to charge less often, and when they do a 30-40minute charge is all you need? The graphite coated matte build, the scratch resistant arc oxidation finish, more water resistance, the phone is shooting at every barrel.
This brand should be selling much more, not having rumours of exiting the international market, where are they getting it wrong?
