Like the title says, my girlfriends PS4 died on her dramatically while trying to run Minecraft, black screened and let out a death rattle to finish it off. She’s wanting to sell it for a little extra cash to invest in a new one and at this point sees no reason for getting it fixed. Problem is, we both aren’t sure how she should go about clearing her account from it since it can’t even turn on. I have no experience with Playstation consoles since I’m an Xbox guy. (I know, I’m in enemy territory lol, but I love my Girlfriend and she needs help.)

Hello everyone! I’m very new to reddit and i’m using my mobile device, so if there is any formatting issues I apologize.

I am 20 years old and i’m dealing with a string of self inflicted financial difficulties. I work full time, 40+ hours a week, for an hourly wage that’s livable but not great. I’ve gotten myself into a debt cycle of sorts which is made worse by the fact I have no car so I have to uber to work (in April alone I spent close to 600 just getting to and from work, that’s how bad it is). I don’t live in particularly close walking distance, and even if I did, I work late/early hours and my job is right off a highway so not particularly safe to walk. (i’m looking into bikes)

I also have gotten into a bad habit of using these cash advance apps, alongside pay in part apps like klarna. While they do help short term, once my paycheck hits it’s virtually gone within an hour paying back everything.

My question to you all is what do you think my options are? I’m aware I need to stop using klarna and these cash advance apps, but that requires me to pay everything off and stop using them, which is going to make one whole paycheck nonexistent, which is hard if I still have to work/pay rent/feed myself. I’m paying off some student loan debt, and attempting to start saving for a car. In my mind i’m accepting the fact that i’ll have to live uncomfortably for a while, I just want to hear some thoughts, preferably from Redditors with more life experience than me.
