I purchased a few products to completely utilize my well being subsidy this year, my total bill exceeds the available amount by 600 rupees (Last year my 500 rupees lapsed) But I am only trying to put as much as the available balance and clearing rest as personal.

When I try to save it to the existing expense report, I get the error as seen in the image. But I don't understand why it's asking me to resubmit ? when I haven't even submitted the report in the first place.

What am I supposed to do here?

EDIT: The issue got resolved. I was supposed to submit an existing claim and then save this to that report and re submit both together again.
