Is the spotlight for people to see or for camera to see?

If I am buying an outdoor cam, and I don't care about the light around the area, should I get the regular outdoor cam or the spotlight cam? If the spotlight helps the camera to capture better video at night, then I assume I should still get the spotlight? Could the regular outdoor cam without spotlight capture good video without light at night?

Builders avoiding Kohler's toilet?

I have noticed several of home builders in my area would purposely avoid Kohler's toilet. These builders are large builders that have businesses across the US, not just at my local. They would use Kohler hardwares throughout the house including kitchen faucets, sinks, bathroom faucets, sinks, shower trims. However, they would avoid Kohler's toilet. I have noticed this several times from different builders. Is there a reason why?

What's the difference between Exposures and Holdings?

I am looking at QQQA ETF. They listed out the Exposures and Holdings. What is the difference?

ARM is listed under Exposures with 7.68%, however ARM isn't listed in the Holdings section. So, how is ARM being the highest exposure asset, but not a holding asset?

Wells Fargo approved for much lower loan amount

I have been shopping for mortgages from different lenders. I am doing underwriting pre-approval. I have provided the exact same statements to every lender. I can't understand why Wells Fargo approved me for loan amount 650k lower than most other lenders. I could see they may have different guidelines that could differ by 10%. However, in this case, it was almost a ~30% difference. Anyone has experience with Wells Fargo? Why is Wells Fargo so strict?

Could I use the capital gain from stocks to count toward the income?

It seems lenders only count wages as income. However, I know many people that are FIRE and retired. They are not working anymore and are using the gains from stocks as their annual income. Could lenders count that as income?

Listing agent asks to sign all disclosure documents and send with the offer

Listing agent asks from the private note to sign all disclosure documents and send with the offer together. There are like 60+ signatures and initials across the disclosures. Agents need to setup all the e-sign layouts. I am in California, it is mostly a seller's market for long. It is very likely that we do not get accepted. This means agents would waste all of the times just getting all the disclosures signed. Does anyone have experience to workaround this? I am happy to sign them if seller accept our offer, but just don't want to waste time and efforts if we don't get accepted.

As an agent, do you have to buy mlslistings in order to do transactions?

mlslistings is ~$900 a year, and it looks like a 90s tech. Is there any information on it that redfin/zillow does not have?

Could I only join the board and gain access to the zipforms without mlslistings?

Could I get a second Citi custom cash card?

I saw some threads that many got several of Citi custom cash cards. However, I read the terms, they clearly state that they only issue one card per person. Is this a recent change?

>Offer available to new Citi Custom Cash^(®) cardmembers approved through this offer. Citi will only issue one Citi Custom Cash^(®) Card account per person. Bonus ThankYou Points are not available if you received a new account bonus for a Citi Custom Cash^(®) Card in the past 48 months or if you converted another Citi credit card account on which you earned a new account bonus in the last 48 months into a Citi Custom Cash^(®) Card.

Tested Eden from v0.2.0-rc2 to v0.0.4 crashes. v0.0.4-rc3 and older works fine.

I could go into the game main menu. However, when I load a saved game, it would crash.

I see a lot of errors in the log.
Debug <Critical> common/host_memory.cpp:576:operator(): /__w/Workflow/Workflow/src/common/host_memory.cpp: assert mmap: Cannot allocate memory
