So my grandpa passed away over a year ago and now my grandma is deciding to sell the 3bd/2ba condo at the end of the year. I’m a college student about to apply into nursing school. Buying a house probably shouldn’t be in my best interest right now but I need somewhere to live !!!! And I don’t want to let my childhood home go. I grew up here my whole life. Somebody please give me advice and what possible options I have on purchasing the home. (I can probably get a down payment from family of 15K) I need help I need advice. It’s like a big decision to me if I should just let it go and move on or try hard to purchase and keep it. This is in southern CA Ventura county so housing is so expensive here to rent this is why I’m considering wanting to buy (PSA: I have a job and job history.)

Hi everybody I have a 2025 Acura integra a-spec. 26,900 miles. My last few services have only been the oil changes and air filters. Can we be real about what i need serviced at around 30,000 ? I have 40% oil life rn and the code it says is b12. So for the life of my car please recommend what’s best for me to do at this mileage. I know I shouldn’t be driving my integra like it’s a hellcat but I do 😭
