Teaching spaces for rent?

Does anyone have any recommendations for spaces to rent to teach orchestra string instruments? I’ve done some research but many spaces catered for music are mainly for rehearsals (not sure if commercial activity is allowed), and is rented out in hourly rates. I’m looking for spaces that I can rent by the month, and is ok with music lessons. Bonus points if it’s on the west side and has parking.

If anyone knows a space like this or has one, please let me know! Thank you for reading this!

Any experience with Byline Apartments? (goose hollow)

I’m looking to tour Byline apartments soon. Does anyone here have experience with them or currently live there? The buildings only a few months old so I can’t find much information or reviews on them. The amenities look amazing so far and seems promising.

Any insight would be helpful! Thank you!!

Experiences at Byline apartments? (Goose hollow)

Looking to tour Byline apartment soon in Goose Hollow. The amenities look amazing. Does anyone here live there and have any comments on the experience?

I’m mainly concerned about how maintenance has been and also if things break often (elevator, hot tub, etc)?

Thank you!

Bridge City movers or Bridgetown moving?

Hi everyone! I’m moving from apartment to apartment within 10 minute drive of each other in downtown, and I’m looking for a reliable moving company. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with Bridge City movers or Bridgetown moving and could recommend either of them? It seems like Bridgetown is more established and well known, but their prices are higher. Bridge City’s quote was really good value, but I can’t seem to find much information on them aside from their website. I’m leaning towards Bridge City but I’m curious if anyone has had a negative experience. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.

For anyone that’s dealt with a shoulder sprain, how long did it take you to play again feeling 100%?

I had an accident (fell awkwardly), which resulted in pain in my upper right arm and shoulder, especially when lifting it. I went to the doctor for X-rays. Thankfully nothing is broken or fractured, and I was told that it’s a shoulder sprain and I will need 1-2 weeks for recovery. I’m wondering if any violinists here have had a shoulder sprain before, and how did that translate to getting back to playing. The doctor not being a musician, it was hard to tell if their 1-2 week timetable would be accurate for what we do. Of course I understand everyone’s experiences are different so one’s experience may be different from mine, but any advice on recovery would be helpful for me. Mainly, I would love to know how long it took people to start practicing/performing again. Thanks!!
