Multiple days on the rock

I am visiting Gibraltar for a week soon, and as a keen hiker, I am excited to climb and explore the rock nature reserve. Tickets are £30, which includes a lot of attractions so seems reasonable, but my plan was to do some of the attractions on different days. From what I can see, it looks like I would have to pay the £30 for every day I visit, which seems a bit much - is my understanding correct?

The sleeping giant of T&F?

Over the past decade or so, we've seen a number of Sudanese/ South Sudanese athletes reach the pinnacle of the sport competing for other nations.

The list of national records for both nations is nothing special, with the exceptions of middle distance runner Abubaker Kaki and long distance runner Dominic Lobalu (who now represents Switzerland).

If Sudan & South Sudan become more stable in the future, could they turn into a new powerhouse of track & field?
