As per my last email: As the President of our HOA
We really need to recognize how our lawns look to outsiders. Building codes are not up to par; therefore we, as a community should and need to consider team building workshops. I think the green house is off limits. So the yard to the left of Community House should be in terms of use.
Also, take into consideration of vacant vehicles left behind. We aren't naming people. You and we know who you are.
To finish, all Friends and Community should also consider "Our tourism." We just can not have an empty pool with a tomb. How would that look for us as a community in Haunted Life Weekly Magazine?
