Potential missing wallet

Missing wallet

My wallet is missing. It's a small blue magnetic wallet that would usually attach to a phone. I have 0 idea when it fell out of my bag or where, but it has a driver's license with my name on it. Please let me know if you find it, thanks!

Thanks for wasting my time.

I was supposed to have a laptop delivered yesterday, they wanted to do a "leave it outside" and I was like bitch I live in Logan no. I was home quite literally all day in my living room which is adjacent to the front door. Get a notification that "noone was in attendance". Have a porch camera that did not pick up anyone coming to the door to even knock or check.

Fast forward to today. 8am I get a notification that the parcel is too big to go in a locker and is IN the post office and to go collect. Fine, whatever. Go to collect it, am told there is a technical issue that they cant open the lockers. Im like... I literally got a message saying it wouldnt fit in a locker. Old girl goes to look in the package room 3 times, nope. Must have been put in a locker which they cant open and I dont have a code for. They take my number and say they'll call me back and tell me to leave. 2 minutes later while im sitting at a red light that takes 3 light years to change and I have no way to get back to the office, get a phone call. "Hi your package was on a shelf you can come collect it".

Useless.

UPDATE: Went to collect it this afternoon. Got a different person. Took over 15 minutes standing in the store despite being told they had found it and it was ready to go earlier in the day. Different person tried to find it in the back, led us out to the lockers and spent a few minutes trying to open a non existent locker because my parcel WASNT IN THERE. She then accused me of not actually getting a phone call because they didnt know where it was. Demanded to know how big the package was (girl idk thats your job). Had a friend with me who ended up telling me to go look at some books until they found it because I was getting really pissed off. Eventually found it on a shelf and got out of there.

What in the fuck is wrong with Brisbane roads?

Genuinely. Because in what world does it take 1 hour 40 minutes to get from Beenleigh to West Ipswich not once but TWICE today, coming to a complete stop multiple times along the highway and when am not stopped everyone doing 30 below limit. That is insane. When is Brisbane going to fix their shitty public transport and get people off the roads 🙄🙃

Feeling really disappointed with the shelters foster team

Just need to vent.

I drove an hour and a half at 7am to take my foster dog to his vet appointment (shelter affiliated vet), only to be told there was no appointment and had never been one (despite an email from the foster team saying he had been booked in) and his vets weren't even at the clinic that day to do his surgery. They then said to turn around and go home and they would let me know when his next appointment time is. Then I had to sit around for an hour with foster to get more of his food as I had almost run out (I had planned to do that later in the day as he was booked to be in all day for xrays, surgery, I fasted him and everything) and the shelter doesn't open until 10 (the shelter provide the food). The vet team blamed the foster team, the foster team blamed the vet team, and I cant help but feel that I wasted 5 hours of my life that I will never get back, 3 of them driving. I offered and am happy to take him for the drive to the vet clinic as otherwise he would have to take a transport van and they can be super overstimulating especially for an anxious dog like him so I wanted to drive him there so he can be more comfortable in the car with me, but that doesnt mean Im happy to just spend a third of a tank of fuel driving there and back for free because they never booked an appointment but told me that they did.

Water and food bowls in crate - how?

My newest pup has to have the cone of shame on due to a surgery as well as a pain patch that can hurt him massively if he eats it. He also has to be crated. If I put the water bowl up against the side to keep it stable he can't use it due to the collar, but if I keep it on the bed he knocks it everywhere and it also blocks him from getting truly comfy. What is the best way to do this do you think? (Note, in the car photos he doesn't have the cone on as he was on my lap so I could stop him chewing)

Dog peeing inside constantly

Not my dog but I sit him and am curious of peoples thoughts.

I sit an 8 month old Bull Arab puppy, and he pees inside constantly. This morning he peed on the floor 5 times in the first hour of being here. We had a big play outside with my girl, where he peed multiple times. Within 10 minutes of being back inside he peed on the floor again. (I have wood floors so don't really care, just worried about his health)

It should be noted he has pretty bad anxiety and he will begin medication next week, but I am concerned as I have had anxious dogs before and while they may pee inside a couple times, I feel like it was never that bad.

I'm thinking it may be more UTI or bladder issues based, but wanted to get others opinions on the matter.

SO FRUSTRATING

IF THE FOOD IS OUT OF STOCK OR NOT AVAILABLE, REMOVE IT FROM THE DAMN APP. BECAUSE WHY DID I GET CHARGED, HAVE TO SPEND 10 MINUTES TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WTF TO DO BECAUSE THE STORE DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I ORDERED, WASTE BOTH MY AND THE DRIVERS TIME, AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR A REFUND WHICH MEANS I CAN'T BUY ANY OTHER FOOD FOR TONIGHT.

This is so janky I swear. Sick of the "we will take your money immediately but won't give it back when we screw up" companies. Grinds my gears.

Oh well, I guess cheese sandwiches for dinner.

My first fosters!

Thought everyone would like to see my first foster duo and their set up :) its messy, noisy, and time consuming, but really enjoying the process. The shelter has put me down as a puppy foster to take whenever they get them :)

I will be getting two foster puppies early next week. They will be 6 weeks old. What are your number one tips? (I already have a dog friendly older dog to help teach them)
