Just finishing catching up right on time for Infinity Castle on steaming and I was just wanna say GOOD GOD THIS FAMILY HELPED DELIVER PEAK

Absolutely blown away by ‘The Hashira Unite’ episode. From the very beginning it felt like the start of a blockbuster in its own right and the stakes, the tension, the atmosphere, the setup. Everything was amazing I can’t wait to watch infinity castle right now and I just learned it’s 2 hours and 34 minutes so snacks are mandatory. Rip to the Ubuyashiki family. Happy they went out with one last fuck you to Muzan I love it

Edit: watching the movie right now and realized those extra children weren’t even present in the mansion lol. Can’t change the image now but the message remains the same

People quit so much in this game that a lot of people have inflated stats and egos because 60 percent of the time they’re being guarded by a bot with zero defense tell me I’m lying

In addition to this being the easiest shooting 2K of all time got bench players from the last few years playing like All-Stars. Even a Chrysler 300 can look like a Phantom under the right circumstances

When I see all the bad bigs/inside big posts when this is the average PG experience (long post warning)

It’s much easier to find bad Big vids than it is to find bad PG vids. That’s because the internet is saturated with everyone claiming to be the ‘best PG build’ or ‘best pass first build’. I might have to make my own video just to fully capture what I’m about to say because even this post alone isn’t going to cut it. The lack of vision and willingness to play team ball in a team game, is disturbing, disgusting, and embarrassing. To make a PG is to take on the responsibilities of making sure the offense is in a good flow, if it’s not bringing it there. It’s supposed to include the willingness to pass and the vision and IQ to see and anticipate those passes.

This is not to say that you’re not allowed to score as well. If you’re a bucket, you can be a bucket. Especially if the team as a whole isn’t playing well.
But for average pg, y’all don’t know the difference between your buckets and your team’s buckets. To a lot of y’all, as long as YOUR scoring then the team is going to be good. As long as YOUR taking the majority of the shots by a mile, with a few assists sprinkled in there for optics, then it’s all good. Some of you genuinely say “well I have 6 assists” while being 4/13” and having stacking up turnovers. It’s not basketball, it’s trashketball.

Why should your whole team have to sit around in corners and wait for a pass that likely isn’t coming? They can shoot too. They can drive to the basket too. They can iso too. Why should your big have to set you 1000 screens to bail you out on the perimeter because your AND1 mixtape ain’t hitting the streets like it’s supposed to? They can set off-balls for other players, create mismatches for everyone else too, get a bucket too. But the community has them programmed to be a pick and roll bot for the PG camping at the top. Why do you simply feel so entitled to the ball, that if you don’t receive an inbound one time after making multiple mistakes, that you begin to sell the game as if someone’s doing you dirty?

You did yourself dirty. You’re the problem on the team. It’s not about “well he’s not playing perfect so he’s a horrible pg” or “everyone gets a pass for a blunder except for pg”, brother you are the biggest problem on the team. It’s not quantity, it’s about quality, and that’s the crux of the issue. The kinda plays you’re going for are costing us EVERY possession, because you’re in charge of the ball EVERY possession. You’re definitely going to get flack for it and you should be prepared for it. The same way a big has to be prepared to get called ‘soft’ when they’re not protecting the paint well.

It’s called accountability, learn some. Don’t hop on the mic deflecting like you’ve been Magic Curry out here cause you haven’t. Don’t spam timeouts, don’t decide to stand paint or not play defense. And don’t quit because you’re upset you missed a shot that you know damn well you had no business taking in the first place. Nobody told you to shoot that. You could’ve just passed. You dug a hole for the entire team and ran away so the other team could bury them in it cause now you’re AI is food.

A lot of y’all claim to be pass-first players or team players and will actively take ill-advised shots over passing to your teammates. This was bad in every other 2K but it’s especially bad in 26 because there’s a 95 percent chance that everyone on the team can shoot. But they’d rather dribble most of the shot clock, get boxed, and either throw a grenade to their unsuspecting teammate, or take a horrible shot that leads to fast break points for the other team.

It’s embarrassing because on the other team, who’s probably kicking y’all ass by now, they’re making the right dishes to their teammates and that’s the reason they’re now up 15 halfway through the second quarter. The average PG complains when teammates can’t shoot, but when they have those teammates that can, they don’t pass the ball because THEY want to do the shooting. Hypocrisy doesn’t cover the scope of how deep this really goes because it’s like this EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR.

Some say you don’t need to understand real basketball to be good, and I respectfully disagree. Only because, it’s extremely obvious who doesn’t know what they’re doing in this BASKETBALL game. And those players shouldn’t be running point, the position requiring the highest IQ and knowledge in the game of basketball, which includes 2K. But so many of them do, because they think having having the ball will make them good. For as shitty as 2K is as a whole, one thing that’s clearly emphasized is that making passes to wide open shooters is going to get you a bucket. But that doesn’t matter to someone trying to make sure they average 20 plus and feel like they’re in MYCAREER.

PS: In case anyone asks, I play SF currently and played PG for 4 years
