IIRC the novel start with earth changing and the human need to go through tutorial but the Male MC got left behind ? i forget the exact details. The MC is left alone on a forest or an island and he need to survive because there's other race there, in the end of the tutorial arc the MC manage to kill all the member of other race except the leader then the leader proceed to became friend/rival with the MC and going strong together with the MC. Then other arc happen and the MC get some kind of the first undying bloodline that get out of the river/lake but because the MC still living but he have the undying bloodline the MC need to make his core yin yang to breakthrough the next realm. Then shit happen during breakthrough and the MC gaining an undying clone. More shit happen and then there's war between races and theres old temple or heritage show up and the MC goes to take it.

Other information i remember the MC get into some kind of special realm like a school with other people to make a yin yang core for breakthrough. The friend/rival got transported into somewhere dangerous and met with old forgotten race and got their inheritance, he have some kind of shadow power?
